We have been busy learning about our rights and that everyone has rights. We are sharing how we will make sure we each have our rights in school. We made a Class Charter to show we will all help each other have our rights. We voted on different designs and chose an Emoji charter.
We have continued to be positive by being helpful and following our new routines.
In Maths we have been learning to estimate quantities and number positions on a number line.
In writing we were finishing a story. The beginning was a bit like Jack and the Beanstalk. Jack had to find a job and we got to decide what it was!
We read another chapter of George’s Marvellous Medicine and created potions which would make Grandma Kranky a better person! Some of our ingredients were a rainbow, chocolate to make her sweet, tea as it is her favourite drink, toothpaste to make her smile brighter and glitter to make her sparkle! We had lots of fun!
We hope you have a lovely weekend and we’ll share more news next week!
