We have recently reviewed our policy on the process for administering medication to pupils in school. Previously we asked you to complete a paper form for the administration of medication to your child in school. We have now changed this to an electronic form which can be found under the “Forms” section of the blog. Please complete the online form which will be sent to us electronically. The link for the form is here . You will get a receipt to knowledge your request. Please hand the the medication into the school office where it will be passed to a PSA to administer. We appreciate your support with this change to our existing policy. If you have any problems accessing the form online please contact me via the school office so that I may support you.
