Virtual School Helpline

The Virtual School Helpline has been established to support children and families in need of assistance.  The number is 01224 523323.

Emergency Helpline

Aberdeen City Council has also launched a free Emergency Helpline to prioritise support to its most vulnerable, and at-risk, customers during the Coronavirus outbreak.  The team are available to provide welfare and financial advice and support, including what to do if you are struggling to get food or pay bills. Please call 0800 0304713 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
