The first week of December has been very busy in P4A!
For writing, we looked at evaluating and improving instructions we have written, so they are easier to read and understand. Mrs Cornwall was very impressed with how well we could apply our learning on something new!
For maths, we have been learning to round numbers to the nearest 10, 100, and 1000, and during number talks we have been discussing how we find missing numbers in a pattern!
Our week has also been full of singing and dancing while we practice our panto songs, and we have also been learning a traditional dance from New Zealand using a prop called poi (pictured).
Of course, because it is December we began our week by making kindness advent calendars (pictured) as we countdown to Christmas. ‘Tis the season to be jolly and kind in P4A!!
